Korn – Great nu metal band

Korn was a band that from Bakersfield, California and have Nu-Metal music genre. Korn formed after L.A.P.D , but one of their members have drug addiction, and musician Reginald Arvizu, James Shaffer, and also David Silveria want to continued to play music. At that point, their recruited guitar player that is Brian Welch and also Corey to placed as vocalist. Then in 1993, Jonathan Davis joined and they change of name become Korn.

Later, Korn release their demo tape Naidermeyer’s Mind with producer. In fact at that point grunge style was a primarily music. After record deal, someone heard one band in nightclub and impressed, and finally with a producer and label, Korn could work on their self-title debut album that named Korn.

Day by day, month by month and Korn become one band that has many fans. With five members, that is Jonathan Davis, James Shaffer, Reginald Arvizu, Brian Welch and also David Silveria become solid. But in 2005, Brian finally out from Korn. He was baptized in the Jordan River. He has declared that he had rid of all drugs in his own personal rehab with God, he had checked in one hotel room for countless hours. Brian has left Korn and dedicate his life to chirstianity, but he still work with made solo album and written book. More and more, in 2006 David Silveria, that has drummer position in Korn out of. Silveria left Korn cause hiatus, but I don’t know what hiatus. But now Silveria has other job, like started to acting and he own business in California. Now, personnel in Korn only three players, but they used back-up band when play live show.

Discography of Korn until now has release eight albums. Korn (1994), Life is Peachy (1996), Follow the Leader (1998), Issues (1999), Untochables (2002), Take A Look in the Mirror (2003), See you on the other side (2005), Untitle Album (2007).
